Hi, I'm Heather Otterbine.
For more than 20 years, I’ve helped people move with greater confidence, resilience, and ease.

The thing my students tell me most often? They love understanding the why behind what they’re doing — not just being handed a list of things to do.

That's exactly why I built this course

There’s so much advice out there about exercise, balance, strength, and aging. But very few people ever learn how those pieces actually connect — or why they matter in the first place. My goal is to bridge that gap.

Is this an exercise program?

No.
The Everyday Athlete is an education-first course. You won’t be following a workout plan — you’ll be building an understanding of how your body works and how to make smarter decisions about movement and healthy aging.

How long is the course?

29 lessons and approximately 3.5 hours of content. Most people complete it over a weekend, but you can move at whatever pace works for you.

How long will I have access?

Lifetime. Come back whenever you want a refresher, or share what you’ve learned as a reference.

Do I need any exercise experience?

Not at all. 
This course is designed for adults at any experience level — whether you’re currently active or just starting to think about how to age well.

How do I access the course?
